In 2018, Marie brought her passion to Casablanca, opening Maison Délice with a simple mission: to create an authentic French dining experience that honors tradition while embracing innovation. Every recipe tells a story, every dish is crafted with care, and every guest becomes part of our extended family.

With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Marie Dubois brings authentic French flavors to every plate. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Lyon and having worked in prestigious restaurants across France, Marie combines classical techniques with innovative approaches to create unforgettable dining experiences.
Her philosophy centers on respecting ingredients, honoring traditions, and creating dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also touch the heart. Under her leadership, Maison Délice has become synonymous with excellence in French cuisine.
